POLICIES

If you cancel or ‘no show’ to your appointment with less than 48 hours notice a booking fee of £25 may have to be taken to make a new appointment.

If you are more than 10 – 15 minutes late to your appointment, I may not be able to carry out the services and a fee of £25 may be required to make a new booking.

I am not liable for any damage caused by colour/product on any clothing or personal items so please keep this in mind when coming to your appointment.
